With Thanksgiving behind us and the holiday season officially here, I have been answering questions to many of you for ideas for great gifts to make or buy for the hippy/crunchy/natural living loved one in your lives. I decided to put together this gift guide filled with my favorite items  to both make or buy gifts for each section. I have included gift suggestions for the new mama, babies & toddlers, children, for her, for him, for the budding aromatherapist and herbalist, and even for the yogi in your life!

  • (Book) Treatment Alternatives for Children by Dr. Lawrence Rosen - One of my go-to books when my kiddo gets sick, this book is written by a pediatrician who gives both the common prescription and the alternative ones that have fewer side effects. This book is very helpful and gives all sorts of products that you can buy at your local health foods stores, without having to always make everything yourself.
  • (Book) The Baby Book by Dr. Sears - A must have baby book for any natural mama out there, this guide is pretty definitive from birth to age 2.
