I have only barely begun my herbal learning journey. I imagine I will be on this amazing journey until the day that I die. For the last 2 1/2 years I have been studying herbalism (and aromatherapy) on my own, learning many of the herbal educational tidbits that I share with you, during my own journey through the Intermediate Herbal Course at Herbal Academy of New England.

This deep rooted belief that food should be medicine and medicine should be food, was first written about by the man hailed to be the father of medicine, Hippocrates, but is never truly practiced in modern medicine. After making diet and lifestyle changes myself, and seeing the many amazing healing benefits of these changes, I can not help but shout it out from the rooftops, hoping to help others make healthy lifestyle changes as well!
Herbal learning from the comfort of your home
